SOI Devices and Circuits Fundamentals Class
Following the popularity
of last year’s introductory 3-hour fundamentals class, the IEEE SOI
Conference will again offer this optional program.
The focus this year will be SOI devices and circuits and will
be presented by world recognized experts in their respective fields,
Jean Pierre Colinge (Tyndall, Ireland) and Kerry Bernstein (IBM).
The class consists of two lectures of 1.5 hours each and will
provide attendees with a better understanding and improvement of
their knowledge in SOI devices physics and SOI circuits design.
