PAPER SUBMISSION REVIEW
Review Instructions
We will follow the same criteria used in the past and outlined in
the "Preparation of Summary" page of the conference Call for Papers:
"Abstract review will be based on QUALITY (TECHNICAL), ORIGINALITY,
and SIGNIFICANCE".
-
Please use a maximum of 4 points for TECHNICAL QUALITY and a maximum of 3 points each for ORIGINALITY and SIGNIFICANCE respectively.
-
The sum of the score for the three items should be no more than 10 points (10 is maximum).
-
Please try to exercise a large fraction of the allowable range and please try to review all of the papers.
-
If you are not familiar in the field of a particular paper, you may seek out additional help from a colleague to enable a solid and objective review. If that is impossible, do not score the paper.
-
Feel free to use the comments column to communicate additional relevant information.
Download Instructions
The papers submitted are grouped by 10; the name of the file will tell you which papers are included (I used a Windows based zip utility to archive the files). Some papers will require you to use Acrobat Reader version 7.0 in order to view all characters. You can download the latest version at www.adobe.com.
