Cover e-mail must contain:

Designated contact author including full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address. Note: All conference correspondence will be sent to the designated contact author via email.

Name of the presenting author (even if is the same as the contact author).

Preference for either oral or poster presentation.
Notification / Communication Information
- Submissions will be acknowledged via email to the designated contact author within 24 hours.
- Contact authors will be notified of the Committee's decision no later than 16-July, 2010.
Criteria Information
Abstract review will be based on QUALITY, ORIGINALITY, and SIGNIFICANCE, and hence the summary should clearly reveal these attributes of the work described.
