2012 Call for Papers Download
Prospective authors should prepare a 2-page abstract of their work (including illustrations) in PDF format for submission electronically to papers@soiconference.org no later than 14 May, 2012.
Late papers with exceptional merit will be considered for the Late News Session if submitted on or before 24 August, 2012. Late News papers are not eligible for awards consideraton.

Submission Information
Submit PDF abstracts via email to
papers@soiconference.org
no later than 14 May, 2012.
Cover e-mail MUST contain:

Designated contact author including full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
Note: All conference correspondence will be sent to the designated contact author via email. -
Name of the presenting author (even if it is the same as the contact author).

Preference for either oral or poster presentation.
Notification / Communication Information
- Submissions will be acknowledged via email to the designated contact author.
- Contact authors will be notified of the Committee's decision no later than 25 June, 2012.
Criteria Information
Abstract review will be based on QUALITY, ORIGINALITY, and SIGNIFICANCE, and hence the summary should clearly reveal these attributes of the work described.
